First of all, I do not recommend installing AkaiKKR on Windows.
Unless the calculations are very simple, you should prepare a dedicated machine for calculations.
And Linux is a better OS for a dedicated computation machine.

If you really want to use AkaiKKR on Windows for trial purposes, it would be easiest to install Ubuntu on VirtualBox and install AkaiKKR on that Ubuntu.
