[FYI]Python version for XtalEdit

Hi,
I'm a member of CMD2 and CMD3 advanced cource.

This is just a FYI.

I'm using XtalEdit on FreeBSD. But I found it didn't work well
after I upgraded the python from 2.2 to 2.3.(Is there anyone who can
run it on python2.3 ? )
I've not studied Python at all I have no knowledge about the difference of these,
so I re-installed python2.2 , py-tkinter and py-numeric.

If you want to compile py-tkinter and py-numeric with not python2.3 but python2.2
on FreeBSD, it's very easy. You just type "make PYTHON_VERSION=python2.2" at the
each FreeBSD Ports System's directory.
