Dear Mr Suzuki.

Maybe your trouble is due to Numerical Python.
Numerical Python doesn't work if its version and the pythn version
aren't match. So I recommend you to install Numerical Pyrhon with new version once again.

By the way. Is your XtalEdit old one (or Python only version)?
New XtalEdit is already released. It's GUI is based on Java and you can write pyrhon program
in the CSY(format in the XtalEdit) file, and can model match more complex system with your
program. Python is not difficult language and you will write the program in a few days.
