a bug fix

Dear all

A bug in cpa2002v008 was reported and has been fixed.
It is a rather tiny bug but in some cases could become critical: in a
special case the program skips the CPA iteration loop. The packege is
now named as cpa2002v008b. All the users of AkaiKKR, in particular
those using cpa2002v008, are recommended to download the new
version or to replace "spckkr" by the corrected one.
