Bug fix for specx.f for cpav005 is here;
http://sham.phys.sci.osaka-u.ac.jp/~kkr/TARS/specx_NewForv005.f

This correct a bug that the calculation go ahead without stop
and get wrong even when msizmx is too small.

Just add a line to old specx.
