A patch for cpa2002v005

Dear all,
H.Akai give a minor change to spmain.f.
It is spmain_NewForv005.f in TAR directory.

It reserves the 2nd data everytime after each itteration steps.
So now the potentials at the last itteration step
is reserved as the 2nd data even if you interrupt the calcualtation suddenly.

No other changes.
