I am sorry, I am afraid that I made mistakes.
I have to check.

I think that rasmol is not chosen correctly.
Could you copy Module/Rasmol/rasmol in 0.85c to the same directory in 0.86?
I added a bit of further examples in it.

Does this solve your problem?
