Need some help with output results

We downloaded and installed the Xtal edit software from the http://sham.phys.sci.osaka-u.ac.jp, while following the instructions correctly. The software can be open and run in our computer but when we tried to execute some of the sample files (i.e. SiC, Cu, Fe), which are included in the package, there was no output result in the result window. Please advise us what we need to do. Thank you very much.
