***err in fczero...

Hello, recently i`ve been facing some problems concerning selfconsistent calculation. After some
iterrations the program gives me an error:
***wrn in zroots...some problem may exist
***err in fczero...same zero counted twice
and stops calculating. What may be the problem here?
