京セラの田中です。

Machikaneyamaでは、電子密度分布を出力できるでしょうか？
出力可能であれば、方法をご教示ください。

Question: Is it possible to plot charge distribution using Machikaneya? If it is so, how?

Answer: It is possible. However, you have to write a program yourself for the output.

電子密度分布の出力は可能です。しかし、そのためには必要なデータを出力するプログラムをご自分で書いて付け加えて頂かなければなりません。結局容易には出来ないという回答になってしまいます。そのような要望が強いようならば、次回のバージョンアップで付け加えていくことも考えます。

因みに、これは電子密度の配列を見つけて、それを座標順にすべて出力すればいいのでしょうか？

Question: Is it possible by finding out the data corresponding to the electron density and plotting it in the order of radial mesh points?
Answer: The spherical part is plotted in that way. However, if you would like to plot non spherical part also, you have to output the data that is calculated internally in the subroutine "green" This might be a bit heavy for people who do not know a structure of the program.

球対称部分はそのようにして簡単にプロットできますが、非球対称部分まで求めようとすると、"green"というサブルーチンの中で必要な情報を出力する必要があります。これはプログラムの構造を知らない方には少し難しいかもしれません。
