Cannot reproduce the bandgap of CuGaTe2

Dear Professor,
I am calculating DOS of CuGaTe2 by using following input file, but cannot reproduce the bandgap of ca. 1 eV or so, which have been already reported by other softwares, such as VASP or Quantum Espresso.
Could you give me some advice to reproduce the bandgap of CuGaTe2?
